MEET OUR FOUNDER

ERICA MYERS

Erica is a native of Owings Mills, Maryland. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Spelman College and completed her master’s degree in Education with a focus in Community and Social Change from the University of Miami.

She has always been passionate about serving youth and analyzing the systems that greatly impact them.

Upon graduation, she worked in community- based organizations in Miami that served youth and young adults who were aging out of foster care. Her work in Miami served as her inspiration for Fosterpreneur. She views entrepreneurship as an amazing vehicle to help foster care youth and alumni.
